Joining Folimi
By using Folimi you agree to these terms and confirm that you can enter a binding agreement where you live. You are responsible for accurate account information and for protecting access to your identity and personal space.
The Folimi ecosystem
Folimi provides discovery, creator profiles, personal spaces, work and service presentation, communication, order, delivery, review, dispute and settlement tools. Folimi is not a bank, custodian, investment adviser or guarantor of a participant’s independent promises.
Creator identity and responsibility
Creators remain responsible for the accuracy, legality, originality, rights, availability and delivery of their works and services. A creator must clearly describe scope, licensing, timing and any requirements before another participant commits.
Orders, delivery and relationships
An order connects a participant with a creator around a specific work or service. Both sides must communicate honestly, follow the agreed scope and use the order record for delivery, confirmation and support.
Digital settlement
Some flows may use third-party or public-network settlement. Participants must verify network, currency, address and amount before confirming. Public-network transfers may be irreversible, and fees, congestion or third-party availability may be outside Folimi’s control.
Concerns, refunds and resolution
Participants should first use the relevant order conversation and support flow. Folimi may review records, delivery evidence and conduct, but an outcome depends on the circumstances, the agreed scope and applicable rules.
Safety and ecosystem integrity
Folimi may limit content, activity, access, delivery or settlement when reasonably necessary to investigate fraud, infringement, abuse, security risk, harmful conduct or a violation of these terms or the Acceptable Use Policy.
Changes and contact
We may update these terms as the creator ecosystem evolves. Material changes will be presented through reasonable platform notice. Questions about these terms can be sent to the Folimi team.
