This policy applies when you explore Folimi, create an identity or personal space, publish a work or service, place an order, complete delivery, join a conversation or contact the ecosystem team. Folimi is responsible for the platform information described here.
Information we receive
We may receive account and contact details, creator profile and personal-space content, work and service information, order and delivery records, support conversations, wallet addresses and public transaction references, plus device, browser, network and security logs.
How information supports the ecosystem
We use information to verify identities, maintain personal spaces, help people discover works and services, complete orders and delivery, support creator review, resolve concerns, protect participants, improve accessibility and meet applicable obligations.
Service partners and public networks
We share only what is reasonably needed with infrastructure, email delivery, storage, analytics, settlement and support providers. Wallet addresses and transaction references recorded on a public blockchain may remain publicly available and cannot be removed by Folimi.
Transactional email
Folimi sends user-triggered verification, security, order, delivery, creator-review and account notices. We do not buy, rent, scrape or sell email lists, and we do not use transactional channels for unsolicited bulk promotion. Delivery providers such as Resend and Amazon SES may process message routing and delivery data.
Retention, protection and choices
We retain information only as long as reasonably needed for accounts, orders, delivery, safety, disputes and legal obligations. Depending on applicable law, you may request access, correction, deletion, restriction or a copy of your information. Some records must remain for integrity, security or compliance.
